Oversized Books
Sometimes when you find a book listed in the online catalog, it will have a notation at the bottom of the record that it is oversized:

Oversized volumes are:
- too large to rest on the regular sized library shelves.
- shelved apart from the regular sized books
- use a call number for the appropriate subject. In the above example the call number for this book is G860 .P6 1978
- located in the OVERSIZED collection at the far south end of the 2nd Floor stacks of Barret Library.
