Early Decision
If you’ve explored your college options and know you want to attend Rhodes, then consider applying under our Early Decision plan. We’ll make an early decision on your application and will even accelerate the evaluation of your application for financial aid and scholarships if appropriate.
What is the procedure for Early Decision applications?
In addition to following the steps for Applying to Rhodes, we require that you complete the Early Decision Agreement (PDF) and submit it with your application. All of your application materials must be electronically submitted or postmarked by November 1 in order to qualify for Early Decision.You must confirm your acceptance and intent to attend Rhodes by making a non-refundable $400 deposit by the deposit deadline noted. In addition, we will verify any financial aid offered under Early Decision based on your CSS PROFILE by evaluating your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), due by March 1.
Early Action
If you are ready to apply to Rhodes but would like to keep your options open, Early Action might be for you. Apply by November 15 and complete the CSS PROFILE by January 1. We will notify you of your admissions decision and eligibility for financial aid/scholarships by January 15. You don’t have to commit early - decide by May 1 if Rhodes is the college for you.
Apply to Rhodes by following these steps. All of your application materials must be submitted either electronically or postmarked by November 15.
