Rhodes students benefit from internships in this 19th largest city in the U.S. (population: 1.2 million) and home to nine Fortune 500 companies—including FedEx and International Paper—and research facilities like St. Jude Children′s Research Hospital. For those unfamiliar with the South, we do experience all four seasons in Memphis! The average temperature in January is 50°F/10°C, and in August it′s 90°F/32°C. Memphis International Airport is located 20 minutes from the Rhodes campus.
