Scheduling an Event
When using EMS, student leaders remember the following:
- Please complete all tabs and include as much information as possible. Without the required information, we can′t confirm your event.
- Double-check all info before submitting.
- Please submit an event three business days before it occurs.
- If you need to check out A/V equipment, fill out the A/V tab and consult the Media Center hours.
- If you receive an e-mail from Kim Bennett, Associate Director of Events & Scheduling, or Jasper Page, RSA, it contains important information regarding your event.
