When using EMS, student leaders remember the following:

  • Please complete all tabs and include as much information as possible.  Without the required information, we can′t confirm your event.
  • Double-check all info before submitting.
  • Please submit an event three business days before it occurs.
  • If you need to check out A/V equipment, fill out the A/V tab and consult the Media Center hours.
  • If you receive an e-mail from Kim Bennett, Associate Director of Events & Scheduling, or Jasper Page, RSA, it contains important information regarding your event.
