Rhodes Dining Services Tackles Trans Fats

As more eateries in America are becoming trans-fat free, ARAMARK has taken steps to reduce trans fats in the products served at Rhodes College.  The food service now uses fryer oil that has zero grams of trans fat. 

In December, the New York City Board of Health adopted a ban of trans fats in restaurants.  Similar bans are being considered in other cities.
