Physical Plant FAQ

Physical Plant Special Events:

The set-up table is the place to enter information about the layout of the room, including number and layout of tables and chairs; whether additional trash cans are needs; and any other special Physical Plant needs.

For special services to do your set-up after regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm, M-F), overtime charges will apply.

For special services to do your set-up, 72 hours′ notice is required.
