Athletic Hall of Famers Announced

Rhodes Athletics has announced eight outstanding alumni to be inducted into the Rhodes Athletic Hall of Fame during Homecoming Weekend in October. They are:
- Johnny Moore ’88- Football
- Rick Brown ’77 – Soccer
- Lisa Gilchrist Mischke ’80 -Women’s Track and Field
- Jim Elgin ’86 – Baseball and Football
- Judd Williford ’50 –Basketball
- Bobby Rose ’57 - Baseball and Football
- Billy Young – Football and Basketball
- Bill Maybry ’42 – Director of Athletics at Southwestern from 1956-76 and responsible for the re-institution of women’s varsity athletics in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s
