Students who plan to earn Rhodes credit during the summer with a Directed Inquiry, Internship, or a Tutorial must register for and pay the tuition for the credits prior to beginning the work.  (Internships also require coordination with Career Services.)  Students must pay for all Rhodes credits earned during the summer in internships, directed inquiries, or tutorials.  The Summer Registration form is made available on the Forms web page in April. The completed registration form is submitted to Rhodes Express.

A student who attends another institution during the summer to earn credit which is intended to transfer to Rhodes must complete and submit the Transfer Credit Request form before leaving campus in the spring. That form is available on the Forms web page. Submit the completed form to Rhodes Express. The student is then responsible for having a transcript sent to the Registrar upon completion of the coursework in order to the credit to be added to the academic record.

Students attending a Rhodes-sponsored, "Maymester" trip need not register for the course. That will be done automatically upon enrollment in the program.
