Mellon Environmental Fellows Teach "Challenge of Sustainability" Course

Dr. Tait Keller of the Department of History and Dr. Robert Lusteck of the Department of Anthropology/Sociology, are teaching a course titled “New World, Old Dilemmas: The Challenge of Sustainability” through the Meeman Center for Lifelong Learning. Keller and Lusteck are both Mellon Environmental Fellows.
In the two-session course (October 29 and November 5), participants are engaged in discussions about Mark London’s The Last Forest and Charles Mann’s 1491.
Participants in this course also will have an opportunity to meet the authors when they visit the campus on November 11 for the Environmental Studies Program celebration.
