Hear from a panel of upperclassmen who will discuss how they found their service fit at Rhodes and in Memphis. They will discuss how they found service experiences that were both challenging and engaging and how they made connections between their academic studies and service commitments.

This program includes a presentation about some of the various reasons why individuals choose to do service and how those motivations change over time. It will also include a discussion about participants’ personal motivations.

This workshop provides resources and information about how to make a smooth leadership transition in student organizations and service commitments.
