Alumna Wins Top Honor

Lara Butler ’90, a partner in the Memphis law firm of Thomason Hendrix Harvey Johnson & Mitchell, received the Sam A. Myar Jr. Memorial Award at the annual meeting of the Memphis Bar Association in December. The award goes to a young attorney who has provided outstanding legal service to the profession and the community.
Butler’s areas of practice include domestic relations and medical malpractice defense. She holds her J.D. degree from The University of Memphis.
