Shankman Named NCAA Regional Coach of the Year

Cross country head coach Robert Shankman was named the men′s NCAA Division III South/Southeast Regional Coach-of-the-Year by the U.S. Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association. Shankman′s third regional coach of the year award (first for men′s cross country) comes on the backs of the the men′s team earning a share of the regional title, the first in program history, and the team′s second straight year earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships.
